Since April 2009 HMC has launched the
exploitation of its newly acquired FIRAT
spray-painting and drying booth, model FBK
15000, manufactured by the Turkish company
Ilkе Makina ve Tesisat San ve Tic. Ltd. Sti.
The booth is equipped with the latest
technology of CNC machines.
FIRAT is a world renowned trade mark. The
painting and drying booth is originally
designed for car, minibus, bus, truck and
other vehicle professional painting. Since
it provides painting in perfect conditions,
the FIRAT booth improves exceptionally the
finalization of high quality steel
constructions manufacture.
Steel structures’ drying in factory
conditions takes up to 12 hours, here the
recommended time for drying is up to 30
minutes; besides the thermostat allows
different drying temperature adjustment from
20˚С to 80˚С. The painting system is an
„Airless” type working under high pressure
of 250 Bars, with possible adjustment of the
layer thickness to microns.
